This dashboard project focuses on analyzing user-level behavioral and revenue data from a simulated gaming platform. The goal was to uncover actionable insights related to user engagement, churn risk, monetization patterns, and retention strategies using Power BI.
The dataset includes details such as play sessions, in-game purchases, device type, game preferences, and login activity for 10,000 users.

𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲: Users with 10–30 sessions made up the largest group and generated the most revenue
𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗨𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗱-𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸: Tuesday and Wednesday had the highest user activity, suggesting ideal days for campaigns or updates.
𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵: Over 8,300 users hadn't logged in for 14+ days - a clear churn risk segment.
𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗽-𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Users with less than 5 sessions and short play durations were most likely to churn early.
𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Target moderate users with loyalty rewards or personalized offers to increase retention and lifetime value.
Schedule feature drops or promotions mid-week to align with user activity spikes.
Launch re-engagement campaigns for users inactive over 14 days.
Improve early onboarding with guided walkthroughs or early incentives for new users.
