Generate Insights to Solve a Supply Chain Issue in the FMCG Domain

Problem Statement: AtliQ Mart, a growing FMCG manufacturer in Gujarat, India, faces challenges in retaining key customers and aims to expand to other cities in the next two years. The company has identified service issues, leading to non-renewal of contracts by some key customers. To address this, the supply chain analytics team is tasked with tracking the 'On Time' and 'In Full' delivery service levels for all customers daily. The goal is to swiftly respond to issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Task: As the data analyst in the supply chain team, I was tasked to build a dashboard that measures 'On-Time Delivery (OT) %,' 'In-Full Delivery (IF) %,' and 'On-Time In Full (OTIF) %' against the target service levels for each customer. The objective is to provide insights and solutions to improve customer service. I have created relevant metrics, and a dashboard, and uncovered additional insights not covered in the stakeholder meeting to address the supply chain issue effectively.
